Talk to a doctor privately, from wherever you are
Secure online consultations across India, for people who prefer the comfort and privacy of their own space, or who live far from the clinic.
Three ways to consult
All formats are one-to-one with the doctor and follow India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.
Video consultation
A face-to-face conversation over a secure video link. Ideal for a first consultation. You will receive a private link, with no app sign-up required.
Phone consultation
Prefer not to be on camera? Speak with the doctor by phone at your scheduled time. The call comes from a clinic number.
Chat consultation
Type your concern at your own pace through a private chat. Useful for follow-ups and for people who find it easier to write than speak.

- Use headphones if possible
- Keep a list of current medicines and any past reports handy
- Note down your questions beforehand; it is easy to forget in the moment
- Have a valid ID ready, as age (18+) and identity confirmation is required

Online consultation FAQs
For many concerns, yes: most of the assessment is a detailed conversation. If a physical examination or lab test is needed, the doctor will tell you and can guide you to a nearby lab or suggest an in-clinic visit.
If medicines are appropriate, a prescription is issued as per the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Certain medicines cannot be prescribed online by law, and some situations require an in-person visit first.
You can choose a phone or chat consultation instead. You will be asked to confirm your identity and age in a way you are comfortable with, as required for telemedicine.
Payment details are shared when your slot is confirmed (UPI, card or bank transfer). Statements show a neutral name.
